Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer, negotiating the terms of the sale; getting the home inspected, repaired and appraised; and closing the sale.

Helping to find a buyer for your house is only one facet of a real estate pro’s job. Our other tasks include guiding you through the basic real estate practices and principles along with all the related paperwork, building a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help determine your house’s value, helping to prepare the house for sale, listing the house, marketing the listing and keeping you informed throughout the process. And that's just for starters. When the boss (that's you) says "GO!", there's a lot to be done - quickly. I handle the multi-faceted marketing campaign, the data analysis to determine the market value of your property and how to win in the current market environment, and I'm your liaison with the buyer's side of the transaction(s). I'll assist you with the paperwork, negotiate on your behalf, make sure deadlines are met, and work with the escrow company to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. Other members of my team will back us up with legal knowledge, record filing and a double-check of the paperwork and deadlines.
