We would HIGHLY recommend Dave Hyman, the active agent to anyone! He treated us almost like family and took care of our needs. We were initially looking for a house in Vista but nothing met our criteria so we shifted the search to the Temecula area. That's not even Dave's normal county but he made sure the sale went smoothly (driving up there a few times) and he kept our money safe while negotiating a great deal for us. Thank you Dave!

I couldn’t be happier with the way Dave Hyman answered all of my questions, stayed in touch almost every day and solved problems like it was just second nature. I had started on the East Coast with a strong desire to be near my kids and grandkids in San Diego…but with no idea who would help me find and buy the right West Coast home. Happily, in short, I lucked out when a series of events led me to Dave Hyman. We have realtors among our family and friends so it seemed like a no-brainer to use one of them for our move. But Dave was selling another house, across the street from us, and I met him at the open house. I was really impressed that Dave actually went to every house in the neighborhood to find potential buyers in addition to all the usual marketing. Dave was selling a house down the street from mine so I called the number on his sign to ask him how that was going. He said something like, "Well, we've gotten nine offers over the weekend and we've accepted one for way above asking price." That's when I knew I was on board!
